We do list items for sale in other marketplaces and may cancel/refund your order if we have sold this last exact item in another venue. It is a rare occurrence, but the possibility exists and we want you to know that ahead of time. To confirm availability, please message us.

GENERAL TERMS

Many States have very restrictive gun laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all items & orders can be legally obtained and owned in your area before placing a bid. Please note that Gunbroker does not allow sellers to remove a bid under any condition. Understand that your bid is viewed by Gunbroker as a contract to follow through with your purchase. Buyers will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any orders that are transferred and cannot be released to them, requiring a return/refund. With respect to magazine size-limited states, we will ship your item without the magazine at your request.

Ammunition orders for some states (e.g. NY, CA, MA, and Cook County, IL) may require shipment to an FFL. Please review your state laws prior to bidding. For states that allow it, ammunition will be shipped directly to you.

All items requiring an FFL by law will only be shipped to an appropriate FFL. We cannot ship to type 3 FFL holders (Collector FFLs).

We ship to the lower United States only. We do not ship to US Territories, or internationally. Sorry, no exceptions. We do not routinely ship to: Alaska and Hawaii due to prohibitive shipping costs, but please contact us if you’re willing to cover the increased costs, and we’ll see what we can do for you.

RETURN POLICY 

A Return Authorization (RA#) Number is required for all returned merchandise and must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date All returns must occur prior to transferring the item to you at your local FFL, so please inspect the firearm prior to filling out the paperwork. If there are issues after the transfer, the issues must be addressed via warranty, rather than as a return. Contact us via GunBroker to request an RA#. You will receive a message with further instructions when your return request is approved, but please note that ammunition can only be returned if the wrong item is sent by our error. RA#’s are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue, but we gladly pay return shipping and apologize for the inconvenience.

All unauthorized returns will be refused.

NFA-regulated merchandise canceled before shipment is subject to a 10% restocking fee. NFA-regulated merchandise that has been shipped and is being returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS 

First refused shipment = 5% Restocking Fee.

Second refused shipment = 10% Restocking Fee.

Third refused shipment = 15% Restocking Fee and no further bids will be accepted..

As the buyer, you are responsible for all shipping costs in addition to a 15% restocking fee in the case that your order can’t be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier.
